Have they been tailored to exclude resident workers?<\/li>\n<p><\/span>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;10&#8243; down=&#8221;10&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>Q) Is a Resident Labour Market Test needed before issuing COS?<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221; up=&#8221;5&#8243; down=&#8221;5&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is not necessary for employers to conduct a formal resident labour market test.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Home Office can ask for information on how and why an individual has been offered a role.
