up=&#8221;10&#8243; down=&#8221;10&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>any fee and Immigration Health Charge must have been paid (with the exception of the Seasonal Worker route, which does not require payment of the Immigration Health Charge)<\/li>\n<li>the applicant must have provided any required biometrics<\/li>\n<li>the applicant must have provided a passport or other travel document which satisfactorily establishes their identity and nationality<\/li>\n<li>the applicant must have a certificate of sponsorship that was issued to them no more than 3 months before the date of application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_separator type=&#8221;transparent&#8221;
